Location! Location! Location! Positive: Clean studio in a prime location. I read previous comments and just didn't see the problem. Perhaps the bit of mold on shower window. Otherwise it was a perfect stay! Location can't possibly be more privileged Negative: Its a tired old building and they are currently doing repairs. So you will see debris, scaffolding etc. Everywhere. But inside your studio is completely different. Lift doesn't stop on your floor. Use stairs on left. W/D are located one floor up.

Terrible Positive: Location Negative: Get the key from the CT convenient market.Some of the facility do not work very well such as the water tap, toilet seat.The door is made of wood and easy to be force entry. It is very noise,can hear lots of sound and voice outside. Worrying the safety when stay.

Great place with no frills for a good price. Positive: Possibility of easily collecting the keys 24/7. The apartment is in a great location. Very quiet (partly because there's no proper window - only one facing courtyard:) Access to the rooftop = great views, especially in the evening! Inside very basic which is OK for the price offered. Negative: Damaged kitchen tap (but still working just inconvenient)

Could do better Positive: Loved its central location and it was warm. Negative: Sink faucet was broken and dusting would help as lots of duct in corners and along ledge work

I would definitely use the accommadation again. Positive: Its central location to the transport hubs and Melbourne CBD Negative: The smell outside of the apartment (although the odour did not permeate into the apartment itself.
