Heidelberg Apartment Close to Hospitals - 105

Positive: Location is close to shopping centre and a lot of things. Close to Melbourne CBD. Clean and quiet. Good instructions for checling in so made it smooth as we arrived late!I liked that you get an allocated car park. Kitchen has everything and really nice and spacious lots of storage. Beautiful place. Negative: We only got 4 small towels for the whole 6 days and 1 blanket and it was still cold. Apartment was great had all the kitchen stuff to use if you cook and i liked the space however there wasnt any spare linen and i did message them for some extra and didnt get any response. We travelled from nz and didn't want to bring towels and blankets i was expecting the place to have spare ones since we were there almost a week. There was no shampoo and hardly any soap to start with but we bought our own. Couch very uncomfortable and we were scared we would break it! Other than these the place is a good space and it was the cheapest in the area that could give us the 2 rooms we wanted. Thank you

Convenient and comfortable stay with family in Heidelberg Positive: The property was clean and spacious and great value for money for what it was. The car parking was great. The property was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. It was a great location for where we needed to be. Negative: As many reviews stated, the couch is very uncomfortable, but we didn't stay there to lounge around on the couch, so that was not a concern. The instructions for which lock box the keys were in could have been clearer about needing to open a flap to see the lock. There was no soap at all in the bathroom, just empty containers.
