Positive: The place was amazing had everything we needed

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the issues expressed above are rectified. Positive: It was very clean. The bedding was good. Mattresses comfortable. Shower/hot water good. Negative: one double bed needed moving a little because the bedroom door could not be closed with the bed in the position it was left in. The double bed frame was virtually falling apart. The bottom board is tilting backwards and connections broken, or about to come out of their sockets. They are barely holding together. It needs serous maintenance. Apart from the bed rocking, all bedside lights swivel and rock. In the kitchen, one of the four kitchen chairs has no screws at all on one side of the back so that it simply hangs down- you wouldn’t want to lean back on it.The saucepan handle needs screw tightening. The bookless bookcase has a middle support leg that is left just hanging. The kitchen table is wobbly (and its surface is not in good condition ). The bathroom has a nice shower with lots of hot water- unfortunately the heat lamp still has a dead globe in it, so it doesn’t function, which means on these really cold winter days the room is very cold and so the fan in not adequate to stop the mirrors from misting up. There are only 8 coat hangers for this unit which sleeps 4 people, so there’s only 2 per person, which is inadequate. There is only one tea-towel. There was no dish washing liquid provided as such (except for a virtually empty bottle laying on its side with maybe a thimble-full of fluid ). There is a dish washer, but no dishwashing tablets are provided-(though the manual specifies they are provided). There is a coffee pod machine but, although the manual says some pods are provided, there are none. There are some tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar provided,but it would have been great just to have had a small carton of milk provided, as we arrived late after a very long interstate journey and so we couldn’t have a hot drink. Although we a required to empty the bin and put a clean bin bag, there are no bin bags provided.

Great location and very comfortable Positive: Location was great for our needs. Close to a large shopping centre.
