Clean modern apartment excellently located for transport and nearby shops. Positive: Excellent location, very convenient for tram or train to journey into the CBD. Good supermarkets nearby and well placed for eateries too. The apartment was quiet, clean and modern with spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was also roomy with a good sized shower. The kitchen appliances were of a high specification, we particularly liked the French larder fridge! Negative: We didn’t like the key pickup place, Bottlemart, being several streets away making it a further journey to get to the apartment with suitcases, not an easy task on foot especially when we had arrived after a long haul flight. Fortunately on leaving we were told to just leave the key in the apartment saving us from a repeat journey.

Positive: Modern apartment in a great location Negative: Cleaning not thorough - some surfaces had not been wiped down in bathroom and inside fridge after previous guests. Some items had not been restocked - one tissue left in tissue box, only 2 dishwasher tablets for a 4 day stay, kitchen sponge not replaced with an unused one and host didn’t reply to my communication when I requested them.

Positive: Location and facilities were perfect.

Positive: It was spacious, nice bathroom and bedroom Smart tv Toilet roll provided Manuals provided Negative: Only allocated 1 key for 3 people Windows dirty Sofa could have been bigger, wouldn't have fitted 4 people on it Noisy as in a noise trapped part of the area where it peoples voices outside echo Tumbledryer kept saying lint was full despite us emptying it multiple times, in the end we gave up Walk to collect keys is not a short walk if you are walking with luggage.

Will use again next year if required. Thanks very much. Positive: Clean and tidy. Location for the event that we traveled for was very convenient Negative: The pick up instructions for the key was ambiguous. It would have saved some time to add "that the gate was unlocked". The instructions for the car park entrance was difficult to follow. Once we got assistance it made sense.
