Melbourne Yarra Wharf Apartment

Excellent Positive: Close proximity to many areas of Melbourne city. Parking was also made available for our hire car Negative: Weird smell in the bathroom.

Great location Positive: The manager very helpful and met us with the key and allowed us to park in the car park even though the room wasn't ready when we arrived. Short walk acrross a bridge to DFO South Wharf, and short walk to convenient location to catch a tram along Collins Street, lovely pool and hot spa, good gym, apartment was lovely with great view of Docklands and the river. Kitchen was good with good sized fridge/freezer. Negative: Bed not the most comfortable, partner disturbance not good and seemed narrower than Queen and made of foam, bedroom was quite small so not enough room for 2 suitcases.

Quiet and comfortable retreat close to everything Melbourne has to offer Positive: Fantastic location. Greet view across the Docklands. Very comfortable bed. Lots of space. Very clean. Functional laundry and kitchen. Nice balcony where you can watch the seagulls soar and dive and the morning rowers on the Yarra. Pool, gym and sauna better than most. Negative: Couldn’t get the oven to work (hobs were fine and there’s a microwave). Bring your own plug if you plan to use the sinks!
